These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, without prejudice to any statutory consumer forum you're entitled to approach under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We're not liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier network disruptions, government action, or public health emergencies.
